old European cartoon

[edit]

I remember a European cartoon, shown here in Iceland on RÚV I think, it was 2d, seen from the side, and it was about a little kid with a hat that was a spy, it didn't speak, and had narration with creepy music in the background, it looked quite old and was definitely european, the protagonists were a little detective kid and a large white bear with a hat, that followed him and helped him, they didn't speak and used their heads to shake to answer, they walked really weirdly.

The bear walked on two feet like a human and was really big. 212.30.207.211 (talk) 03:03, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Shot in the dark, was it Breezly and Sneezly? --Jayron32 03:10, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Argh! I'm really sorry... It was not american & sadly not very known! :c

A Google search turned up Umka (cartoon character); "a cartoon polar bear character from the Russian animation studio Soyuzmultfilm (Russian: Coюзмультфильм) that appeared in two short films... Umka (Russian: Умка) 1969, Umka Looks for a Friend (Russian: Умка ищет друга) 1970. Alansplodge (talk) 17:08, 10 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Help me find this old TV show: A teen girl whose (step)dad looks young enough to be her big brother...

[edit]

...and some awkward twists happen in various episodes because of that mistaken assumption.

One time, the stepdad tries to pick his stepdaughter up at a jail, and the cop says, "Uh, no!" The reason?: "Nice try, big brother!"

I think he also looked a tad rotund and like he could have belonged in a biker's club.

Also, there was a scene involving the girlfriend kissing her boyfriend in his muscle car (a '70s era Chevy Nova or similar model) and the stepdad threw a bucket of chicken on the windshield because he saw her kiss a boy he didn't approve of.

Basically, he was a pretty uptight stepdad who had the extra issue of being mistaken for a different role because he looked younger than a typical teenager's dad would look.

I may have seen this TV show and its commercial previews in the late '90s... sometime between 1996 and 2003. Please help me find it. Thanks. --75.39.141.204 (talk) 03:53, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds like it might be Grounded for Life. The father is the real father, not a step father, but the eldest child was born when the parents were around 18 or so. The episode Lily_B._Goode has the father throwing fried chicken at the car the daugher is in with a boy. RudolfRed (talk) 04:11, 11 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Desperately trying to find a WWE "Big Dick Johnson" video

[edit]
unsigned duplicate of question from July 5
The following discussion has been closed. Please do not modify it.

Once, years ago, I found a hilarious video on YouTube. I did not save it. For years now, I've been searching for it on and off. It consumes me and has turned into kind of an obsession. It's gone forever on YouTube, it seems. I don't have the original URL. Here is part of it in *very* bad quality, which is not acceptable as it ruins the entire thing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlXR-RGVhfY

With lots of time and efforts, I have located the WWE RAW show to be aired in "November 6, 2006", as shown on this page: http://www.obsessedwithwrestling.com/results/raw/061106.php (look in the bottom for the relevant description of the part I'm looking for).

Are you able to find this in proper quality for me? I would really, really appreciate it. If I had some kind of DVD or something of the broadcast, I could edit out just the part I want. If there is any confusion, I'm talking about the "Big Dick Johnson" comedy routine part in the end of the show. I've searched and searched until my fingers went numb. Nothing but irrelevant results, everywhere.

Please help! I've e-mailed the company and they won't respond. Tried posting in a WWE forum as well, but it wouldn't let me post because it was broken.

Lady Gaga's Telephone's cover

[edit]

Have anyone seen or listened the cover of that song made by Bono and Ali Hewson for their daughter Eve's birthday? Can anyone provide a link to get to it? Ms.Bono(zootalk) 17:40, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
