Toy cars of the 70s and early 80s[edit]

I'm trying to remember the names of two toy car product lines. One may be in my imagination, the other one isn't. Either way I can't find them here.

The first worked like this: The car's body was detachable from the chassis. In other words you could put a Mustang body onto the wheels, like it snapped on or something, and maybe these cars were associated with an accompanying race track? Either way you had options for what type of car you wanted to control.

The second was a early 80s line of toy cars/trucks that were battery operated, had enormous, gear-like wheels, and commercials featured these little things tackling all manner of terrain.

Old action film with an interesting ending[edit]

This is a long shot as Ive been trying to find out what this movie was called for the past fifteen years. Well, here goes. It must have been in 1982 or 83 that I saw this on HBO or the Movie Channel. The grainy nature of the film led me to believe it was a 70s movie or perhaps even late 60s. I cuaght the end and remember it well. There was some kind of island where a demon priest leader had gaurds and an unholy army. There were some heros on the island and towards the end they had all been captured. The priest then gives a speech and says "It is better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven!". In the next scene, one of the heros is being dragged down to a cell which is full of snakes- two of his friends are already dead in the cell having been bitten. The hero is locked up but escapes, then kills the guards and knocks out the priest. The priest is then dragged down to the same cell, coming to as he;s being locked inside it and scrams "No! No!" The hero doesnt listen and not only locks the door but bolts it with a huge iron bar. The scene then shifts to the hero leaving and screams are heard as the priest is bittne by the snakes. Can you help me find the name of a song?[edit]

I recalled watching a music video of a song that sounded really good and suddenly want to hear it again today. That song was probably released around six years ago, or longer than that, I'm not sure. In the music video there was an ugly witch/old woman (looked somewhat scary) flying and chasing some men. That's all I remember. Hammer Dracula films[edit]

Why would they be? The first film, which you link to, pretty much covers the novel (deviations notwithstanding). After that they could either use the same basic plot over and over again, or they could come up with something new. -- Captain Disdain (talk) 14:06, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What, swallows the other person whole before anyone can react? Certainly, but not since 1982, when it became international practice to douse all news anchors with appetite suppressants before the broadcast to prevent such tragic events. Song with spoken intro[edit]

As people here seem good at identifying songs, I thought I'd give you this one that's eluded me for ten years. I don't really remember much about the song, but I guess it was a hip hop kind of thing. The one thing I do remember is the intro, which was a rather long spoken dialogue between an adult typical "gangsta rapper" and a little boy, who talked back quite persistently (don't remember any specific lines though). Finally, the man had enough and told the boy to "Burn!", abruptly ending the conversation and starting the music. The album this track was on was released at the latest in May 1998 – probably not too long before that, but I don't really know.
