Currently, 6,527 of a total of 6,845,118 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,040) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,856 articles (about 1 in 171.746) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,383 articles (about one in 147.578) which are either good or featured.
