Christian[edit]

I've listed this article for peer review because it is an important topic of WikiProject Christianity, and I found it humbling and rewarding to populate as a Good Article. Since I have never significantly contributed to an article about a religion-related topic before, help from editors knowledgeable on the subject will surely be needed. I intend to keep this PR open for as long as many will respond to it.

Lead

  • You can get a lot of information at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lead section. Basically, the lead is intended as a cohesive summary of what is to come later in the article. Any detail that is in the lead should be explained again, and usually in greater detail, down below. There's a lot of information about demographics that is only mentioned in the lead, and thus does not conform to Wikipedia guidelines. Display name 99 (talk) 20:21, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • On that subject, the information about demographics is all too modernistic. We know in detail how many Christians there are now and where they live, but we know nothing of where they came from, where they lived throughout history, or any of that. This applies to the main section as well, where it should be explained in more detail. Display name 99 (talk) 20:21, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
