- Research comes up empty for this album. No deluxe edition listed at any CD sales outlet, image search under "Headstrong Deluxe" and "Headstrong Special" doesn't return this image. Believe album to be a hoax. Kww 14:10, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

- Tagged PD-release, but source site doesn't give any such indication that it's public domain, nor does it say who the copyright holder is in the first place. Photo from 1936, so can't be PD-US either. howcheng {chat} 07:43, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
