A 2007 GA whose "promotion" consisted of a now-blocked sock doing a drive-by replacement of the failed GA tag with only one sentence's worth of explanation. The article is almost exclusively sourced to the ancient writer Livy. One of the modern sources cited is actually a travelogue. This isn't up to the modern standards of sourcing.
