Hands-on training on Wikipedia and Wikidata for application of IUPAC terms across Wikipedia is a project coordinated by Guido Raos of the Polytechnic University of Milan that aims to bring some IUPAC members to contribute to Wikipedia on polymer-related subjects.
IUPAC team members will attend the third edition of the Science, technology, society and Wikipedia course from 1 to 5 July and will create and/or edit a few high-quality Wikipedia pages.

Articles to be written
[edit]- Controlled polymerization (Merna and Topham)
- Transition-metal-mediated radical polymerization (Merna, partially covered on RDRP page, but perhaps separate redirecting page could be done as CoMRP have a dedicated page)
- Polymer support (Giuntini)
- Uniform polymer (Hess)
- Θ temperature (Hess)
Articles to be improved
[edit]As starting point we may consider Wikipedia's list of polymer-related "stubs": Category:Polymer stubs
- Chain propagation (Merna, under consideration)
- Polymer solution (Raos)
- Telechelic polymer (Raos and Marcos)
Wikipage to be improved for a Feature article
[edit]- Polymer (Hess, but all SPT Task Group are welcome to work on this)
