Reason: I figure that, if I'm starting this, I had best nominate some of my work, since I suspect the first nomination is the one most likely to get savaged, and I don't feel comfortable causing someone else to face that. So, we've been a little low on Glinka, he's a fantastic Romantic composer, and this is a fine piece.
