- This portrait is of a very high quality. The image is striking. It has good contrast, is in focus, is of a high resolution, and adds very high value to the Wesley Bell article and may add value to other articles within a similar scope, such as those related to St. Louis or the Ferguson unrest. The photo has not been digitally altered, other than to crop from the original (which can be found in the extract data on the file page). I truly feel that among portraits, this image is among Wikipedia's best work.
