This is a brilliant image (even though it is only 640 x 496px). :) It is a Mediterranean fruit fly, or "medfly" (Ceratitis capitata) from here (I didn't upload it)

- Comment There is a 2700px version of this same image available at the same source, but it is slightly too high res (noisy and badly compressed).
I'll have a go at downsampling and uploadingBeyond my photoshop skills I'm afraid. I have uploaded the full res over the original since I've not altered it and the original was just a reduced size version of this. Someone else can have a go at fixing it :-) ~ Veledan • Talk 19:14, 15 March 2006 (UTC) - Support Nice image, but I tried to save it, but I keep seeing a lower resolution image, instead. - Oppose Compared to the fly photo that is going through FPC at the moment, the quality of this is terrible. Especially at full size. --liquidGhoul 22:19, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose as above. --Janke | Talk 23:41, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
- Oppose, reluctantly. I was inclined to support, but the full size image has too little detail on the fly itself. –Joke 16:19, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
