If it is going to have the black frame, could the width be equal on both sides? The one to the left is thinner than the one to the right. I prefer having the frame there, since it will be visible in between the triptych anyways (unless you do some cut-and-paste with the picture) but, I would either crop the excess of frame or clone what is missing.
