Comments from KV5 "Ten competition and 14 non-competitions were used" - huh? Do you mean ten competition and fourteen non-competition venues? Also, ten and fourteen are comparable quantities and should be formatted alike. "The games" - should this be The Games? I'm not particularly familiar. "lays withing the municipality" - within, and I don't think "lays" is the right word here "both with just under 5,000 inhabitants" - should be each, not both Are there links to explain "hill size" and "critical point" for non-experts? Nope. I've created redirects to ski jumping hill, perhaps someone will make a suitable article one day. Articles have now been created for K-point and hill size. Replaced with congested. Photo caption: "Lysgårdsbakken has among other things hosted the Nordic Tournament several times"; change to "Lysgårdsbakken has, among other things, hosted the Nordic Tournament several times." to complete this sentence. Three quick links to ski jumping hill (two are redirects). That was asked for my KV5, who wanted links to K-point and hill size. K-point is an article on no, de, ja and pl WP, hill size on de and pl, so I can create one right after this edit. All five Alpine branches are crushed together in to Alpine skiing at the 1994 Winter Olympics, but the subarticles (so far only red links) are for men's slalom, women's slalom, men's super-G, women's super-G, etc. Although I am fully aware of this, I'm not quite sure how to solve it.     • My apologies for that taking so long time, I seem to have gotten distracted by something else on WP and suddenly time flew. Anyway, I've created the article Lillehammer Olympic Village (which covers both of them) and added three sentences on the issue in the lead. Arsenikk ^(talk) 13:40, 17 February 2011 (UTC)

        • Do you want the information from that article pasted in here, with the level of detail in the subarticle? Also, there is more to be said about the village, there was a certain amount of public debate about the localization of it, and also there could be said more about the post-used (it did after all turn into a small subdivision), so I am comfortable with keeping the subarticle.             • I've copyedited a bit, and there is now one paragraph on non-competition venues in the lead, plus half a paragraph in the "post-Olympic" section. • Comments - Refs 40-51 have no publisher. Ref 40, 42, 43, 50 need a format parameter. The Bibliographies need format parameters. "Håkon Hall and Gjørvik played host to the World Women's Handball Championship in 1999[50]," Ref should be after the punctuation mark. Afro (Talk) 12:45, 11 February 2011 (UTC)

• The last sentence of the lead is a bit like a run-on for my tastes. Could the walking distance from train stations be made into a small sentence of its own?

Korketrekkeren was demolished after the 1952 Winter Olympics, and remains a hill, rather than a track, which is used for tobaggoning (not bobsleigh, luge or skeleton, but kids and adults using conventional sleds). Pounds, US dollars, euros; do you want the currency in 1994 value, or do you want it inflation adjusted to 2011? At what exchange rate do you want it (within the past few years the dollar has fluctuated between 4.5 and 9 NOK/US$, for instance). As far as I can see, NOK is the only encyclopedic way of including it, unless a six-value conversion line is added.
