Youngstown Ohio Works

I'm nominating this article for featured article because of the relatively high quality of writing, excellent citations, and depth and scope of an article which one would generally assume would have little content. User:Twelsht authored most of the content and is known as a highly detailed author, using many historic news articles and similar sources from the time period.
