The 2015 Pacific hurricane season is among the most active Pacific hurricane seasons on record. 31 tropical cyclones formed during the season, of which 26 were named. A record-tying 16 of these storms became hurricanes, and a record 11 went on to become major hurricanes, including one that became the strongest Pacific hurricane in recorded history. Throughout the season, 45 people were killed and total damage reached US$566 million. This historic season is outlined by 10 articles – eight GAs, one FA and one FL. All remaining storm articles have been brought up to GA status, and I believe this now meets the good topic criteria. ~ KN2731 {talk · contribs} 14:43, 6 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
