Function overview: Similar to that of http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Bots/Requests_for_approval/Addihockey10_%28automated%29 where images that are tagged with "vector version available" can be replaced upon the approval of the operator.

Function details: It will take any images that are marked with the template Vector Version Available and replace that raster image with the connected vector version. It will affect many namespaces, but it will not touch archives or talk pages. This also affects projects outside of English Wikipedia.
