[edit]Denied. You didn't manage to fill out the request properly, and looking at your own edits you do not appear ready to be a bot operator. The English Wikipedia community expects bot operators to be experienced with our policies, guidelines, and norms. You should spend some time as a normal editor before trying to run a bot.
