Function Details: Category:Wikipedia requested photographs contains thousands of photograph requests. Most of these belong in a subcategory, and many of them can be categorized automatically. e.g. a photo request in {{WikiProject Massachusetts}} really belongs in Category:Wikipedia requested photographs in Massachusetts. This bot will crawl Category:Wikipedia requested photographs and add parameters to {{reqphoto}} when it finds articles that can be classified automatically.

Discussion

You're not going to get approval of 1 edit per second. 1) It isnt classed as an "urgent task", and 2) you probably cant edit at that rate anyway. Other than the edit rate, it sounds fine. I'm happy to reduce the edit rate. I saw other proposals asking for 5 edits per second so thought that asking for 1 per second would be more reasonable. :-) Tim Pierce 17:51, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
