Function Details: Checks if an image in Category:All non-free media has a license tag from Category:Non-free image copyright tags or Category:Image copyright tags. If the image has no license tag it will add the {{Di-no license}} tag, else if it has a free license tag it will add {{PUIdisputed}} and submit the image to Wikipedia:PUI. It will leave the uploader {{di-no license-notice}} or {{idw-pui}} respectively. This is not a request to process all images for no license, it will only check non-free images during the course of its normal duties.
