Discussion
[edit]- Questions: How will a user opt-in to have the bot clear a page for them? Also, is there a specific time delay between clearing the sandbox or is there a way for the user to edit it for their page? + Crashdoom Talk 17:47, 14 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Currently the user opts-in by asking at my talk page. (I may eventually get around to something like User:MiszaBot/config if I have time and the demand is high.) The time delay is specified by the user at the time of the request. (e.g., hourly, weekly, every third Monday) Avicennasis @ 18:47, 16 Tishrei 5772 / 18:47, 14 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Seems fine, also prevents users possibly abusing the bot by adding other user's pages to it, since it's manually reviewed before being added. That's about the only thing I can think of to ask off the top of my head! + Crashdoom Talk 01:14, 15 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Approved for trial. Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Uncontroversial opt-in non-article space task for user own sub-pages. — HELLKNOWZ ▎TALK 10:02, 16 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Looks fine, uncontroversial Approved. --Chris 06:13, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
