Function details: For each mainspace page in Category:IMO Number that has a sortkey being a 7- or 8-digit number, the title made by prefixing "IMO " to that number will be redirected to the article in the following cases:
- If it doesn't exist.
- If it's a redirect to a page that doesn't exist.
- If it's a redirect to a page that isn't in Category:IMO Number.
- If it's a redirect to a page that is in Category:IMO Number, but with a different sortkey.
- If it's a redirect to a page that is a redirect to our target.
