#After meeting you briefly earlier today, I can say after looking at some of your contributions that you're active in anti-vandalism. I don't see any bad edit warring/disputes with any editors recently and are an efficient editor. :) If you want to edit in mainspace rather than just rollback you can try Wikipedia:WikiGnoming, which is simply correcting typos, format of articles, just the general layout of the article, not much content writing. One way I do this is by reading articles that I'm interested in and spotting out typos and such. You can also try New page patrolling. Anyway, congratulations on your edits so far. #My only suggestion would be to try branching out a bit, no matter what that means to you. Article work (gnoming is always fun), image or file work, or even category work can all be interesting ways to find something new if the AfD/vandalism scene ever gets boring. NPP/CSD is always looking for help. Keep up the good work. Lәo(βǃʘʘɱ) 03:48, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

Dusti (talk · contribs · count) Hey guys! Dusti here, I've been around Wikipedia or.... gosh, idk how long (I'm too lazy to go look) :). I'm here because I was here before, and I took a wikibreak. I got burnt out, and I'm relax, destressed, and ready to come back. I'm just requesting that someone take the time to see what I did in the past, and look at what I've been doing so far. Let me know what you think I SHOULD do, and if I've done anything "bad" since I've been back. Thank you for your criticism, and I look forward to finding out what my peers view of me. Questions

  1. What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
My "primary" contributions to wikipedia are going to be through reverting vandalism. I've never been much of a writer myself, though I did start the article on the Children's Home that I went to. I feel that working on reverting vandalism is what I am best at, though I do try to get around to AFD and provide input at Rfa's. I get around I guess you could say.
  2. Have you been in any disputes over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Not really. I've been the spotlight of some controversy over closing AFD's a tad bit early, and I worked with a close friend on gaining a more intricate knowledge on the art of closing those disputes, and staying away from people who will likely get upset.

Optional Questions from Doc Quintana

  1. Why did you come to Wikipedia, and what do you get out of it? Doc Quintana (talk) 01:03, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I originally came to Wikipedia because I didnt know what it was. I thought it was a joke at first, and through time I came to learn and respect the project. 6,000+ edits later, I have come to enjoy the English Wikipedia and I have learned so much about myself and about others. I truly do love this place, and I feel a great sense of pride and satisfaction knowing that I can share what I know with millions of people, and they can share what they know with me, for free. Reviews

  1. Having never come across you on wikipedia i think i might be able to provide a fresh opinion, You appear to be a good editor with a nice edit count, you are well liked by other editors and have a good knowladge of wikipedia in general, you are clearly a trusted user with access to ACC and Rollback and have shown good judgement in using them. I havent looked at why you decided to leave wikipedia and frankly i dont care, the past is the past and i only judge on current edits. Good luck with the future and good to see you have returned to help the project. ZooPro 04:40, 18 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Article work (gnoming is always fun), image or file work, or even category work can all be interesting ways to find something new if the AfD/vandalism scene ever gets boring.
