Whatcom Watch is a monthly newspaper in Whatcom County, Washington. The newspaper focuses on community and environmental issues. It is volunteer-run and publishes once a month.[1]

History

The first issue of Whatcom Watch was published in May 1992.[2]

In 1998, the publication was first published online, getting its own website in 1999.[2]

Articles in Whatcom Watch have won awards from the Washington Press Association Awards and the Society of Professional Journalists.[3][4][5]
