- Varzea altamazonica (Miralles, Barrio-amoros, Rivas, Chaparro-Auza, 2006)
- Varzea bistriata (Spix, 1825) – two-striped mabuya
Nota bene: A binomial authority in parentheses indicates that the species was originally described in a genus other than Alinea.
