Uttar Bharatiya Vikas Sena is a newly formed political party active in Maharashtra whose founder and national president is Sunil Shukla.[1][2] This party fights for the rights of North Indians in Maharashtra.[3]

Controversy

There was a lot of controversy after UBVS national president Sunil Shukla wrote a letter to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in Sabarmati jail to contest elections from his party.[4][5] Lawrence Bishnoi is a gangster who is accused of planning the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala and NCP MLA Baba Siddique.[6][7][8][9]
