ATC-2K

It is almost certain that you cannot. In order for articles to appear on Wikipedia, their topic must meet notability guidelines which a new product is unlikely to.

In addition, the text of the article actually read like advertisement copy, so even if the camera was notable the article would also probably have been deleted.

You might want to read the helpful tips and guidelines I've posted above. They will give you a good idea about what is appropriate on Wikipedia and how to go about contributing.

That new version does indeed not read like an ad anymore, but you need to find references to support its notability. I'm not going to tag it for speedy deletion just yet, but I'm going to add a {{prod}} tag. Hello again. I'm sorry, but removing the templates and adding in price information(!) has again crossed the line into spam. Please remember that Wikipedia is not a proper venue for promoting products or services, even if you're just a satisfied customer. I've requested speedy deletion for the article as blatant advertisement.
