Pyrrhic
(from my talk):
Thanks for correcting my mistake on the Battle of the Kasserine Pass. What I was trying to do was give a reference for explaining that the victory by the Axis was a Phyrric victory. The source was Readers Digest's video series The Crucial Turning Points of World War 2, narrated by Peter Thomas—Preceding unsigned comment added by Zonafan39 (talk • contribs) 16:44, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
No problem. I was mainly looking to fix the display. The discussion of whether Pyrrhic should be there or not should take place at Talk:Battle of Kasserine Pass. In general, I think the infobox is intended to be more general and the details are discussed in the text. And I would not be surprised if they look for a more scholarly source for this information. Oh, if you enter ~~~~ at the end of your talk page updates, it will create something like this: (John User:Jwytalk) 18:06, 20 November 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Brenda_Brabham.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. feydey (talk) 10:29, 4 May 2010 (UTC)
File copyright problem with File:Tricia Yen.jpg
Thank you for uploading File:Tricia Yen.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
Greetings Zonafan39/Archive 4, I see you're up for adoption, and I'm in the market. If ever you need advice or answers, just ask me -- any question, any time. I'd like to help however I can. Happy editing - Draeco (talk) 21:10, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for your offer, and I do have my first question for you. I have noticed a lot of vandalism going on on a particular page. Ho do I go about requesting that it be semi protected? Zonafan39 (talk) 05:58, 27 April 2010 (UTC)
I have nominated Churchill Building, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Churchill Building. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Current: Several requested moves are still being discussed at WT:PW#Proposed moves.

As part of the project's New Year's Resolutions, there is an ongoing effort to decrease the number of stubs to 5%. As of June 6, we are at 7.67%, with 375 articles currently in Category:Stub-Class Professional wrestling articles. It still would be greatly appreciated if members would expand, source and improve stub articles, and a list of well-known wrestlers and tag teams that should be fairly easy to improve is included on the stub article subpage.
This section is intended to warn users about potential targets of vandalism and speculation: professional wrestling events from major promotions for the month of June.
This section is devoted to helping project members become familiar with the Manual of Style and general editing tips.
A list of unreferenced wrestling-related BLPs is generated here. Please help out by sourcing these articles.
Be aware of words to avoid. Certain words, if chosen poorly, can subtly promote a point of view.
Please consider helping out with the project's 2010 Resolutions, and help achieve one of the goals listed.
Please remember that fair use images and media can be only be used if no free equivalent is available or could be created. Fair use images uploaded when a free equivalent exists will be deleted.
Avoid using dirtsheets as sources. Adhere to WP:RS when adding information with a source to articles. For a list of reliable and unreliable wrestling-related sources see WP:PW/SG#Sources.

Images of Historic Places
Whenever you start a new article on a place listed on the National Register of Historic Places, please check to see if an image exists. I notice that you requested one for Belmont Hotel (Madison, Wisconsin). It was taken 1 year before you requested it. Images can be found in the county's article. I took many images of Wisconsin places on the National Register including some in Dane County but none in Madison. Royalbroil04:14, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

Hotel Loraine-Ambassador Philip Kaiser
Hi! You may want to expand the article about the Hotel Loraine in Madison. In the 1930s the hotel was a scene of a civil rights demostration. The hotel denied rooms to Afro-Americans. Consequently, there was a demostration in front of the hotel-the Wisconsin Legislature eventually passed a civil rights law for Wisconsin. One of the demostrators who took part in the protest was Ambassador Philip Mayer Kaiser-an undergraduate student at UW at the time. Ambassador Kaiser mentioned the protest in his memoirs and I believe the Wisconsin Historical Society wrote an article about this-Many thanks-RFD (talk) 12:40, 8 June 2010 (UTC)
I noticed that on User:75.47.152.100's talk page you warned the user for removing vandalism warnings from the page. However, if you read WP:DRC, it is Wikipedia policy to allow users to delete prior warnings from their user talk pages, for they have the right to do this. Just giving you a heads up. Hey brother, sorry it's taken a while for me to respond. I think you have a great start and it can indeed become a good article. However, due to my lack of experience in good/featured article buffing and lack of time after starting medical residency, I can't offer many helpful suggestions. You might ask at Wikipedia:Peer review. Good luck - Draeco (talk) 03:26, 20 July 2010 (UTC)
