Welcome to Wikipedia! Before an image can be used on Wikipedia, they must be uploaded to Wikipedia. You can not have externally sourced images on Wikipedia like you can with HTML-markup. See Help:Contents/Images and media on how to upload and use images. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 22:01, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
- Please see the the help document I pointed you to before you continue to try adding photos to WAFY or other radio station articles. External links to images does not work on Wikipedia articles. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 22:15, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
WAYZ
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It appears that you have added a link to an image on an external website to WAYZ, likely in an attempt to display that image on the page. For technical and policy reasons, it is not possible to use images from external websites on Wikipedia. If the image meets Wikipedia's image use policy, consider uploading it to Wikipedia yourself or request an upload. See the image tutorial to learn about wiki syntax used for images. Thank you. You can't display an external image. Wikipedia software won't let you. Jim1138 (talk) 22:40, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please make sure to include an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! Jim1138 (talk) 22:45, 20 August 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Neutralhomer. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to WAYZ, because it didn't appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Neutralhomer • Talk • 22:59, 20 August 2012 (UTC) 22:59, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at WRQX. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Neutralhomer • Talk • 01:38, 21 August 2012 (UTC) 01:38, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
Whoa cowboy....
[edit]You need to stop trying to link images the way you are doing it. First, it is causing other editors to have to clean up after you. Second, it won't work that way. Ever. The images on Wikipedia are hosted here or at Commons, you can't hotlink them with URLs, the system always blocks them. And logos for companies aren't Free, and subject to some rules. If you don't know the policies, you will just waste a lot of time. Please read Wikipedia:Image use policy before trying to add or upload any images, and get yourself familiar with the policies here on copyright. Otherwise, you waste a lot of time, waste a lot of other people's time, and put yourself in a bad position for disruptive editing. If you have questions, ping me on my talk page. [edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. - Zimmerman, why don't you try to play by the rules and get unblocked and contribute positively? You may still not get to stick "Classic Country" in every other article, but at least you can be legit and won't get every edit reverted instantly. Drmies (talk) 20:05, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
