A tag has been placed on File:Katarovank Monastery, Nagorno Karabakh Republic, 4th-17th century.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 00:27, 5 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Nagorno-Karabakh, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Umlauts and Kingdom of Armenia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

About yout restoration of the links deleted by Grandmaster. The link that is dead appears to be available on waybackmachine. http://web.archive.org/web/20100819235917/http://www.ingushetia.org/history/shnirelman_bit_alanamy/ However, since I can't read Russian, somoeone who can should check it is the same thing. Grandmaster's deletion of those links was certainly not correct - they were not duplicate articles and if one of them had a dead link he should have just removed the link (or said it was dead) and not deleted the whole reference. Hi, if Grandmaster broke rules with his restoring of the archived AR item, I think that it is best to just let administrators deal with it rather than other editors placing it back in the archive. Meowy 23:17, 25 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

[edit]

After a discussion at AE, you are warned about discretionary sanctions related to articles concerning Armenia-Azerbaijan and related ethnic conflicts, broadly interpreted. Should any uninvolved administrator believe you are edit warring or otherwise engaging in disruptive editing in this area, they may block you or impose other sanctions. The prohibition against edit-warring also prohibits continuing edit wars started by others, which means that you may therefore be sanctioned even for one revert if it is part of a broader edit war. --Lord Roem ~ (talk) 02:48, 10 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Arbitration enforcement warning

[edit]

As discussed in the context of your recent AE request, I warn you not to misuse Wikipedia as a battleground, and more particularly, not to accuse others of severe misconduct (such as vandalism or harrassment) unless such accusations are made (a) in the appropriate dispute resolution or enforcement forum, and (b) with adequate evidence to support these accusations. Disregard of this warning is likely to result in a block or ban.  Sandstein  10:18, 24 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Caucasian Albania, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kingdom of Armenia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

AE request closed

[edit]

A request at arbitration enforcement with which you were involved has been closed. The result is "No action taken. Parishan is reminded that edit warring with anonymous editors is still subject to revert limitations, and to report editors editing in the AA area (including anonymous ones) who are behaving poorly here rather than edit warring with them." Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Karabakh dialect (Armenian) may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
 • Karadagh, Lilava quarter of Tabriz (Iran), Burdur and Ödemiş (in Turkey).{{sfn|Adjarian|1909|p=25|ps=:

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Shusha may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Hello! There is a DR/N request you may have interest in.

[edit]

This message is being sent to let you know of a discussion at the Wikipedia:Dispute resolution noticeboard regarding a content dispute discussion you may have participated in. Content disputes can hold up article development and make editing difficult for editors. You are not required to participate, but you are both invited and encouraged to help find a resolution. The thread is "Talk:Shusha". Please join us to help form a consensus. Thank you! EarwigBot operator / talk 23:17, 21 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Zimmarod. You've been involved the dispute at Shusha, for example with this edit of November 8. You may be aware that Shusha is a contested article and it falls in the domain of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2. It looks like the the WP:DRN discussion is about to close due to non-participation by those involved, including you. If you pass up the opportunity for dispute resolution but continue to make contested edits about the Armenian role in Shusha this may not count in your favor. Please consider participating in the DRN if you plan to continue editing Shusha in the future. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 16:30, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
