[edit]
Your account has been indefinitely blocked from editing because it has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. Also, your username gives the impression that the account represents a business, organisation, group, or web site, which is against the username policy.

If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:

  1. Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
  2. Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
  3. Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
  4. Provide a new username.

To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken and in use by another account. You can search to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is still available.

Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the page.

Requested username:

Request reason:

I acknowledge that my previous edits may have violated Wikipedia’s promotional content policies and username rules. I now understand that Wikipedia requires a neutral point of view and prohibits advertising. I am willing to follow Wikipedia's guidelines and contribute constructively.

I also understand the paid editing disclosure requirement and will ensure compliance if applicable. If unblocked, I plan to contribute by improving Wikipedia's coverage of Zeta (company) in a neutral and well-sourced manner. I request a username change to "areks1212" that complies with Wikipedia's policies.

Thank you for your consideration.

Decline reason:

No, you will not be unblocked to do so. If this is your only goal, this is the end of the line. If not, explain the specific nature of your violation of WP:COI and tell us what you plan to write about instead, if unblocked. Yamla (talk) 16:10, 10 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You may, in the future, be permitted to make edit requests on the Zeta talk page. But at the moment, it appears you are only interested in promoting Zeta and that's not welcome here. --Yamla (talk) 16:11, 10 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I acknowledge that my previous username and edits may have violated Wikipedia's policies, particularly WP:COI (Conflict of Interest) and WP:PROMO (Promotional Editing). I now understand that Wikipedia requires all contributions to be neutral, supported by independent sources, and free from any promotional intent.

I now recognize my mistake and will follow Wikipedia’s COI guidelines strictly. If unblocked, I will contribute only neutral, verifiable content based on reliable sources and will **use the Talk Page** for any COI-related edits instead of making direct edits.
Additionally, I request a username change to ensure compliance with Wikipedia's username policy. My proposed new username is **areks1212**, which is unrelated to any company or organization.
I sincerely request reconsideration of my block so that I may contribute constructively to Wikipedia. Thank you for your time and consideration. Zeta1234 (talk) 07:38, 11 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

We don't consider AI written requests(100% certain according to GPTzero). Please write your request yourself, as the AI can't tell us what is inside your mind. 331dot (talk) 08:23, 11 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

{{unblock-spamun|areks1212| I didn’t read Wikipedia's content policy during my previous edits and acknowledge that i have violated WP:COI and WP:PROMO. Now I understand that I cannot edit articles related to me or my company directly; instead, I can suggest changes on the article’s talk page. I have also understood the Wikipedia neutral point of view (NPOV) policy, which doesn't allow users to add promotional content, content in marketing language, or biased edits. The referring sources should be independent sources, free from any paid or promotional press releases.

Now that I have understood Wikipedia's policies, I won't repeat the same mistake again and will follow the guidelines strictly. I am planning to contribute to topics such as “fintech companies' history, fintech trends, fintech innovations, fintech news, etc." and contribute only neutral, verifiable content based on reliable sources.

I am requesting that you kindly unblock me and change my current username to the proposed new username, **areks1212**, which is not related to any company or organization. ~~~~}} Zeta1234 (talk) 06:41, 13 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

It looks like you're only interested in contributing about topics for which you have a conflict of interest(as you work for a financial industry-related company); in order to know that your requests won't waste everyone's time(including yours), we usually want(of people in your position) to see them edit in areas unrelated to their conflict of interest, to demonstrate their knowledge of relevant policies(like those of content and sourcing). For example, Wikipedia isn't a place to tell the world about "innovations" and "trends" or the routine activities of a company. I'm unwilling to unblock you to do this; maybe someone else will. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 09:09, 20 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
