Speedy deletion nomination of St. Louis Observer

It would help for articles like this to give a fuller explanation in the article, along with several references--the various works on the editor would count here also, and it would be particularly valuable for one of the references to be a fairly general history, to show that the publication was in fact regarded as particularly important.
