Request "i need to change the title of an article"
[edit]Unfortunately, changing the name of the article Yung suk kim would not prevent it going through the speedy deletion process. The problem is not the name of the article, but the subject. Under wikipedia's rules, articles about living people need to be about notable persons - and you have not provided evidence of notability. That does not mean that it would not be appropriate as an article, just that you have not given citations of notability. You need to find reliable websites that give information about him. Noting books where he has contributed does not qualify - firstly, being published does not necessarily mean that you are notable; secondly, unless editors on wikipedia have access to the works in questions, we have no way of verifying the contents!
I am only a novice editor, so I am not sure why you asked me (I can only assume that you saw something I did on Wikipedia's Help Desk). However, my advice to you is don't despair! Find suitable citations, and put them into the article (you might want to move it back to your user space while you work on it), then perhaps ask at the Help Desk for someone to look at it and give advice.

Copyright violations in Yung Suk Kim article
[edit]I have removed the copyrighted material from the above article.
The quotes from the website are copyrighted, and so legally cannot be put in the article. The quote from the book cover are likewise copyrighted.
If you own the copyright, then you can give permission for the text to be included on wikipedia - see "Copyright owners who submitted their own work to Wikipedia".
Don't be disheartened! The article is a good starter article, although it still needs some improvement, but that will be worked on.

I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. The article Yung Suk Kim has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Article blanked by the original creator. IMHO the article is too old, and has too many edits from others to qualify for G7 CSD. But notability appears marginal, so I'll do this procedural PROD for the sake of the wishes of the original creator.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}

[edit]Hello, Youaregood. Thank you for your contributions and thank you for being responsive to the tag I added; I think your edits yesterday addressed the issue correctly.
I did notice that all your Wikipedia edits have been related to Dr. Kim, and that your username is the same as his website name. For that reason, I wonder if you are personally associated with Dr. Kim. If that is the case, you are welcome to participate on Wikipedia, but you are also required by Wikipedia's terms of use to disclose that you have a relationship to Dr. Kim when you make edits related to him. Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy also strongly discourages you from editing his article directly; it is much better to ask on the talk page for another editor, like me, to make the changes you feel are appropriate. I'm sure you understand that ethical standards like these are part of the reason that Wikipedia is so trusted, and that having a Wikipedia page is so valued!

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
