The Anarchist

Hello. I am the producer of the Ohio premiere of The Anarchist. What type of reference would be helpful? The play was not reviewed, but it was announced in the local papers. I also have my contract with Mamet's literary agent to produce the play. The agent is the one who told me that we were the Ohio premiere. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stageright26 (talkcontribs) 17:31, 3 July 2017 (UTC)

Hello Stageright26. You can read more about sources and references at WP:SOURCE and WP:REF. In short: "Base articles on reliable, third-party, published sources with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy." I don't know how reliable the local Ohio papers are, that's something you'll have to judge. As you can see at the bottom of the article, the sources used for it so far are papers like the New York Times and The LA Times. I assume that if your production was the Ohio premiere this would be mentioned in an article or review. Hope this helps, kind regards, Yintan  20:13, 3 July 2017 (UTC)

yakety-yak

The Admin that closed the ANI left a comment about me in Hijiri88's talk page (I got an email notifying me "Alex Shih mentioned you on the user talk page of Hijiri88"). It was a response to the one posted in his talk page on 11:18, July 9, 2017. You can tell that two different ANIs were conflated. Just thought you should know about this since you left comments in the Battleground ANI that were reasonable and perceptive. No need to respond to my message. Ciao. @Pyxis Solitary: Hi. I suggest to forget the whole thing. There will always be editors that go beserk when they feel they have been wronged. Some will run to ANI, others will gossip behind your back, personally I stopped wasting time on stuff like that. Sometimes I'll jump in with an opinion when I think the complaints are just too far fetched (like in your ANI) but in general I ignore the dramas. Makes wiki life a lot easier. If I were in your shoes I probably wouldn't even have responded to that ANI report. But that's just me. In any case, happy editing. Cheers, Yintan  15:02, 10 July 2017 (UTC)

You're welcome

I suppose I should get all cross about you deleting some of that stuff, but ... I always say you should write more than you might really need to because it's easier to cut than to add. And sometimes it takes someone else to do it. Daniel Case (talk) 20:50, 18 July 2017 (UTC)

Erhm... my pleasure? Yintan  20:53, 18 July 2017 (UTC)

Draft

So I've been making a draft but I recently lost all love for it especially since I've received tips on sources which I can't put in because the Wikipedia Sources are still there and I want to get rid of those first. Could you do so? I use the mobile version so I can't delete them without deleting all of my sources as well. This is the draft; https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Dinah_Liddell Dinah In Wonderland 23:31, 15 July 2017 (UTC)

Please. It would be very helpful. Dinah In Wonderland 23:48, 18 July 2017 (UTC)

Hi Dinah Kirkland. I'm not sure if I understand the question. You want me to add the sources from your draft to the existing article? Yintan  02:30, 19 July 2017 (UTC)

No I want you to take out the Wikipedia Sources on my Draft. It won't let me and I need to get rid of them. Dinah In Wonderland 13:04, 19 July 2017 (UTC)

Done. Yintan  14:37, 19 July 2017 (UTC)
