Please could I get some suggestions on how the software could be notable enough to be a Wikipedia article? Roadkill Wiki gets around 1000 downloads each release and is the only .NET wiki currently being maintained and developed by the community (Screwturn hasn't been updated since 2012).

I can't find many articles to back my claims up except this Stackoverflow posts : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/177293/what-is-the-best-asp-net-wiki-out-there/5136240.
