Speedy deletion nomination of Agreement between the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southease Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea on Forest Cooperation

A tag has been placed on Agreement between the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southease Asian Nations and the Republic of Korea on Forest Cooperation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. Please read Wikipedia:Copy-paste. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept material copied from other sites. Assertion of permission to use text is not enough: a formal copyright release is essential.

It is not usually worth making a copyright release, because material written for other purposes is generally unsuitable, because of promotional tone or excessive detail, for an encyclopedia article. Wikipedia is not a notice-board for the reproduction of announcements or press releases.

Article subjects need to have WP:Notability, which is not a matter of opinion but has to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject."
