- A lead section would be recommended. In this case, a concise and accurate statement about what is folding funnel should be introduced. Is there anything new about application of folding funnel theory, like within recent 5 years? - Statements are well cited. - Small issues in grammar/tense. I think that you would greatly benefit from adding images, this is a difficult subject even for people with a lot of background on the subject.

I believe that the protein chemistry textbook Whitford, D. (2005). Proteins: Structure and Function has some good sections on folding, touching on the folding funnel.

If possible, you may want to try to move away from the complex language such as "As protein folding process goes through a stochastic search of conformations before reaching its final destination[2], the vast number of possible conformations is considered irrelevant, while the kinetic traps begin to play a role", that being said I think that some of this language is expected from the complexity of the topic.

Would it be possible for you to talk a bit about accelerated molecular dynamics and the equations involved in your final section on computer modeling?
