@CAPTAIN RAJU: I was about to remove the speedy deletion tag when I found that User:Athaenara had deleted this. I didn't see any sign of advertising. As best as I could make out from Google Translator, the article gave little more than geographic information about a location called, perhaps, Wad al-Bakhri or Oued el-Bukhari or some permutation of those, indicating that it's got agriculture, and identifying where its schools and monuments are.
