There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:

To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}}
on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes
~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
[edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to High-intensity focused ultrasound, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. What are you doing? You are introducing grammar and spelling errors, and unsourced claims. Meters (talk) 19:14, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at High-intensity focused ultrasound, you may be blocked from editing. Stop doing this. If the sourced claims we have have been superseded then provide new sources. Meters (talk) 02:54, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at High-intensity focused ultrasound . Stop messing with this article. Your last edit clearly broke the equation. Meters (talk) 03:58, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
