Request reason:

Hi there.
As my Wikimedia account had been global unlocked, I am going to request an unblock for further contributions in English Wikipedia. It takes years for me retrive my Wikimedia account in order to leave an unblock request for my sockpuppetry in vandalism in Sept. 2020.

Being globally locked, I have tried to ask stewards on Meta-wiki ask for unlock but it was unsuccessful at that time because I was keep using both IP/account sockpuppets in editing Wikimedia sites as well as cross-wiki abuse until steward Sotiale had decided to unlock my account after reviewing my appeal yesterday.

Apart from opt out from sockpuppetry, if you read my appeals previously sent to UTRS and the CUer email address before, I tend to edit in few articles in selected field like firearms, Japan-related content (e.g. J-pop (as well as related artists from the 80s, the field of city pop etc.), ACG etc.), Hong Kong related articles etc.
