File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Wkboss son.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 03:55, 29 September 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ww2censor (talk) 03:55, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Working White English Bulldog Association, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.wweba.com/WWEBA/main.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Claims of permission but still deleted

[edit]

Hi there. In case you wondered why I deleted Working White English Bulldog Association despite your claim of having permission, I wanted to leave you this message. Unfortunately, anyone can claim to have permission, so you would have to forward permission to our OTRS system before adding copyrighted text. Before you consider doing so, remember that this text is naturally promotional and thus would be unfit to be included into Wikipedia even if it could be used (see Wikipedia:Neutral point of view). Also, there is no indication that this organisation is in any way important or significant and thus would also fail our relevant notability guidelines and be deleted. You are encouraged to continue editing Wikipedia of course but before creating a new article, please read Wikipedia:Your first article first. Also, you can use the help desk in case you have problems or place {{helpme}} with your question(s) on this page. Regards SoWhy 12:31, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you
