I removed your "Confusing" tags from this article. That template is for marking an entire article as confusing and it appeared that you were attempting to tag two particular sentences or sections instead. For inline tags please use "Clarify" rather than "Confusing" and for sections please use "Confusing section". I didn't didn't change them to the appropriate tags since I don't see what is confusing about the statements. Both sections or statements seem clear to me. Please note that you should specify a reason for using these templates, either inline using "|reason=" within the template call or in text on the talk page.
