A tag has been placed on File:Adrienne Wilkinson photo shoot by 838 - 2013.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - I have deleted the photo, because the license states "non-commercial use only". To upload a file to this website, it has to be available under a free license for all uses, including commercial use. A list of Wikipedia-compatible licenses can be found here. -- Diannaa (talk) 03:05, 15 April 2014 (UTC)
The owner of this image has given Adrienne Wilkinson the right to use it on wiki. How do we submit this photo so that it does not get removed? Xena Torres (talk) 00:10, 16 February 2015 (UTC)

Adrienne Wilkinson
[edit]Hi Xena Torres, you undid a revision on Adrienne Wilkinson without explaining. Could you please explain why you removed the image. Sincerely, Taketa (talk) 23:00, 15 February 2015 (UTC)
Yes. I am Adrienne's webmaster and we've been trying to update the image to one she likes. Wiki is not accepting our attempts to upload images she had premission to use on wiki, but in the meantime she does not want this shot representing her on wiki. Xena Torres (talk) 00:08, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- I understand that they do not like a certain image. It is unfortunate that you have run into problems with uploading images. We are very carefull with copyright. Any image placed on Wikipedia is released for reuse (by anyone, also commercial) under a free-licence (CC-BY-SA 3.0). For that reason, only people who own the rights to an image can give us permission to use images. If a photographer made an image of someone, under most law systems the rights belong with the photographer. Anyone can upload images to Wikimedia that they made themselves. If you want any professional images uploaded, we will need an email from the photographer/owner, directly to Wikimedia, confirming their permission. You can read more at WP:DONATEIMAGE where you can also find our email adres and the procedure. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. I can be reached using this link. All the best, Taketa (talk) 06:30, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
That is EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you! We've been trying to figure out how to demonstrate permission has been granted to upload the image to wiki (we have a signed letter from the copyright holder). We'll look into this right away. Xena Torres (talk) 14:33, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
