This page is your user talk page. Every user has one, even editors who do not register an account. One way you could have arrived here is if you clicked on the button labeled "Talk" at the top of the page.

The purpose of your user talk page is mainly for other Wikipedia editors to talk to you. They may be asking you to do something or announcing something - or, less good - they may be warning you about something you did or informing you that a page you contributed has been marked for deletion.

You seem to have successfully left a message here, so you are in much better shape that some people.
