I actually did intend to put the Falco page out as an article, not a draft. I'd created a draft in the sandbox, and as he was mentioned in several other wiki pages as well as having a Dutch page, I figured he met notability and moved it out.

I'd appreciate if you could put it back, unless theres some other reason not to?
