I'll be honest- your only edits have been to edit about your forum. If you can show that you're interested in editing about things other than the World Public Forum, I might unblock you so you can change your username. The problem is that you were unblocked previously but never changed your username and continued to attempt to re-introduce your pages to Wikipedia after they've been repeatedly deleted for various reasons.
