Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Lee Olesky
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Lee Olesky, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Any connection to Olesky?
[edit]What is your relationship/connection to Lee Olesky? Paid? Personal? If either, statement to that effect needed on your User page. If neither, say so here. David notMD (talk) 13:12, 6 December 2019 (UTC)
No connection, so no need to declare anything.
Wpearce1983 (talk) 20:33, 9 December 2019 (UTC).
I have removed multiple links and instead submitted one link that is an SEC filing that made the same point. Given it's a legal document, I believe it should suffice.
You and others noted this was edited, and the changes made by others seemed wise and completely in line with the rules.
Should you have any other suggestions, please let me know. You seem to be on point with all of this.
I appreciate your help.

Of course he is notable, but...
[edit]I'm trying to make the article better, but sources are terribly lacking. For instance, the law firm he first worked at: defunct and not a trace of Zellmayer & Gratch on Google. This is really tough. Nobody talks about Tradeweb objectively and at a distance because it's so big. Who is its chief competitor? Articles on that firm might make some interesting statements about Olesky. I think that journals devoted to fixed-income e-trading would be good sources, if anyone can figure out where they are to be found.--Quisqualis (talk) 05:14, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
