Staff Sponsorship Program
[edit]It's possible that a valid article could be created on that topic. However, what you submitted was not an article.
One thing to bear in mind is that Wikipedia articles are not solely for the edification of members of the US Military who are coming to work at the Pentagon. They are for the edification of everyone.
For instance, your submission contained the passage "(q)uestions not answered by this page should be directed the Joint Staff Sponsor or servicing Military Secretariat (Milsec; a.k.a. Orderly Room, Admin Dept, ConAd)" - but what if the reader has no way of contacting the Military Secretariat? What if the reader isn't even American, and only found your submission by clicking the "random article" link present on every single Wikipedia page?
This had no context. No external reason for existing. It presupposed that the reader would be working for the Pentagon. I mean no offense; however, I kindly suggest that you read our policies on What Wikipedia is not. DS (talk) 22:09, 2 July 2008 (UTC)
