Stop changing photos to worse ones
[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. You have made dozens of inexplicable edits replacing photos of presidents and presidential candidates with worse version. All have been reverted, and I recommend that you do not make any future edits of this type without seeking approval on the talk page. Cpotisch (talk) 03:04, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! InvadingInvader (userpage, talk) 20:01, 20 March 2023 (UTC)

. -- Patar knight - chat/contributions 20:07, 20 March 2023 (UTC)For greater clarity, on Wikipedia, one of the central tenets of editing is the BOLD, revert, discuss cycle: anyone can make bold edits, but if other users disagree and revert those edits, the issue should be taken to the talk page to be discussed. I haven't looked into the pictures themselves, so don't have thoughts on the underlying merits, but making the same edits on multiple pages when reverted and warned by other users is textbook WP:DISRUPTIVE behaviour (#4 at WP:DISRUPTSIGNS). I understand that it might might be the case that you edit on mobile, which has some technical issues with the display of talk page messages and notifications (see; Wikipedia:Mobile communication bugs). In any case, please discuss any future such changes and get consensus for them. Thank you. -- Patar knight - chat/contributions 20:18, 20 March 2023 (UTC)
