Neotropic Cormorant
[edit]Hi, Wilianz! ¡Qué foto más bonita! Mucho mejor que las que estaban.
I'm not all that good at identifying cormorants, as you can see here, but this one looks just like a Neotropic to me. Also, I checked some other sources, which agreed that it's the only cormorant in Venezuela. So I think you're safe in calling this one a Neotropic. But thanks for checking.
