Update (04/20/20): Dear Wikipedians, it saddens me to inform you I have reach a difficult decision to leave Wikipedia permanently due to my poor health condition. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand why I had to leave.
Since accounts cannot be deleted, I politely ask you to please save your time and not send me any messages beginning on April 20, 2020 as I will NOT respond to them or even check them as I have quit Wikipedia. I want to thank all of you for welcoming me and I will deeply miss being able to edit on Wikipedia and all of my amazing friends. Thank You, Wikipedia!
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RETIREMENT (Please read)

I regret to inform you that I had tested positive for COVID-19. At a difficult time like this, I was left no choice but to retire from Wikipedia and from my other social media accounts. Around early March of this year, I was tested by a blood test due to the pandemic and what has been going around lately. On March 24, results showed I had been infected by the coronavirus and I had been sent to the ER by my children where I am now being treated. I was released April 2nd, but shortly a week aftter I got a heart attack and had to return back to the hospital where I'm being treated and doing excellent. However, per above, I decided to quit Wikipedia to focus on improving my well-being.
Please stay safe, and follow this CDC guidelines on how to protect yourself and your friends and family. Practice social distancing, avoid travel to non-essential places, stay away from the ill, if you are sick do not travel or get near anyone including your friends/family, do not touch your face (including your eyes and nose) if your hands aren't clean, and always wash your hands frequently with soap or hand sanitizer for at least 20 seconds and wear gloves and a mask.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
