Good point about "quiet birth" and "silent birth." When there are several good titles for the same basic article, Redirects are the way to avoid having multiple copies of the article. You're welcome! In general, we would rather pick one title - "quiet birth" or "silent birth" - because nobody's likely to search for the combined "quiet or silent birth". If you think that "quiet birth" is a better title, you should suggest it at the discussion page for the article, which is Talk:Silent birth.
